Thank you so much! Jehovah God provided for us not only to expand ginormous need for preaching work but also personal Bible study, to encourage one another, to prepare assignments, etc in foreign languages! Really appreciate! But I request you to release another languages. For example, Sinhala, Tamil, Urdu, Arabic, Dari, Pashto, which are spoken In Mid-Asia.

After opening applikation list of aviable Leanguage is empty.. iPhone 6 and iPad Air

You have to change your device language into english. For example: iOS - Settings - General - Language&Region :)

It is very useful tool in field service. Although I preach on arabic territory in Poland I started use Turkish, Korean and Swahili languages on this app. Of course we wait for Arabic version as well as for Polish for Polish pioneers learning Arabic language.

I am a language teacher. I deal with online courses and apps to learn languages on a daily basis. There are way too many around, and most free versions are a waste of time and space on your device. Keeping in mind its main purpose of training people to present the good news of God in another language this is by far the best language course I have ever seen. It is practical and extensive.

This is such an amazing app but why is there no sign language? We have many people in the organization that would love to learn ASL (like me lol) hopefully in the future you guys can please work on adding it to the app because I really like sign language.

Ever since I got this app its been nothing but helpful, however, once I got it on my iPhone there seems to be like a glitch or something but after a while of having it downloaded nothing will load. It works perfect on an iPad but on my iPhone I have to delete the app and reinstall everything again. If u can fix this one itsy bitsy issue it would be amazing. Ps, its easier to carry around an iPhone around on jw language as a translation app just in case you forget something rather than carrying an iPad...

This refers to the latest app for my moms iPad running iOS 9.3.1. There is a lot to like about this app but it is currently a little too ethnocentric and egocentric for my taste and the multilingual people that I talk to on random occasions. How about some multiple choice questions after asking the householder what religion or non-religion they are (Buddhist, Muslim, Christian, atheist, agnostic, etc.) I also like to know what kind of Muslim someone is such as Sunni or Shiite. How about social category questions that are food related?

Arabic please? Thanks for all you do!

This app is perfect for field service

Please ignore the lousy 1 star comments below. This app is filled with useful tools for the ministry. It definitely helps you learn a new language. This app has tons of information and lacks nothing. Its a blessing from Jehovah. We know whatever he gives us, is the best.

Before this was more like a theocratic phrase book. Now it is more like a language teacher. By being able to set categories for your flash cards and organize the order I can practice specific phrases before I am the chairman at a meeting or practice other words for conducting a question and answer part. With the audio lessons I can now put a set of cards on loop and listen to it for as long as I want while I am doing daily tasks. Thank you so much!!! With this I think learning Chinese will go much faster.

This app keeps getting better and better! Thank you all so much for your hard work in our behalf. JW Language has been such a blessing for this Mandarin Chinese learner. I really appreciate being able to copy and paste. Thank you, thank you!
